Hi Alisha,
I hope Mia Bella is doing much better. I wanted to thank you and let you know I LOVE Wonders' new collars. I have been trying to get a really good picture for 2 weeks now. She just doesn't like the camera! Anyway, these are the best of the bunch. Her Dad calls her Princess and I'm all about purple so this was the perfect choice. During her 4 days on the run in January she lost her tags but still had her collar on and luckily her name and our contact numbers were riveted on to the collar so her rescuer was still able to call us. The gentleman that had been doing the tags for us in the past told us the last time that he was in poor health and wouldn't be vending anymore. I was glad to see I still had an option for a tag that couldn't come off, although she's been warned she can never scare us like that again so hopefully it's a better safe than sorry situation.
Thanks again, we love it!

Alisha-
I just wanted to let you know that the collars are...............
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Lola (who will be 10 next month) looks STTUNNING in her daisy collar. Just awesome.
And My 3 year old crazy diva Uma looks BEAUTIFUL in the red and black one. She needs a collar that's sassy cuz she's pretty sassy herself.
I also had ordered (a while back) the lime and brown Harlequin for my red brindle boy Ari- and it couldn't suit him any better. ( he's a bumbling big guy)
Your collars are greyt. I just needed to let you know although I am sure you get emails like this all the time.
Thanks. I couldn't be happier,
Tina

Hello Alisha, This is Cynthia Toy and I have just recieved my "I Believe" collar from you for my greyhound Ginger. I have to tell you I am totally in love with it. I have never found any collars with such good work or better hardware on them. The material is very sturdy also. It is above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making such a wonderful piece of art to put around my baby's neck. She was so excited to get it she would not even let me size it she kept sticking her nose through it trying to put it on herself. Thank you again for the quality and beauty.....Cynthia Toy and Ginger

Mia on the mend!
Many people followed Mia Bella's story that I did want to let everyone know that she is on the mend! I received countless emails, private messages on GreyTalk, etc. so I wanted to share an update.
For those of you who didn't know, Mia has erlichia, which is a tick born disease. Most hounds that show symptoms have few complications and are treated with Doxycycline and show signs of improvement after only a few days.
Mia, however, had an acute case and spent 4 days in ICU. She went from 59 lbs to 48 lbs, had massive swelling and pain in all of her joints and had trouble standing or walking. After we picked her up from ICU, I slept downstairs with her for over 2 weeks because she couldn't walk up and down the stairs very easily and she had to go outside to potty about every 2 hours. She was on Doxycycline, Prednisone, Tramadol, Pepcid, and a medicine that coated her stomach to help prevent ulcers. It was a very scary time.
We kept her in an x-pen in the corner of the living room so that our other hounds couldn't step on her or get upset with her for getting extra meals (we fed her as often as she would eat).
I am happy to report that Mia is going GREAT! She is gaining weight (we will find out how much weight she has gained at her checkup tomorrow!) and she is eating. She is now off of all of her medications except for the Prednisone and we are slowly tapering her down.
Again, thank you everyone for your support, you truly don't know how much it means to me!

And....we're live!
After weeks and weeks of work, many late nights, and a lot of emails back and forth, we are proud to introduce the new face of 2 Hounds Design! Some of you have followed the saga on GreyTalk, some of you have waited impatiently along with me for everything to go live!
With this website overhaul comes a boatload of new features that we are excited about. One of my favorites is the "Add to Wishlist" option now available for all of our products. This option does require that you create an account - but there are benefits of creating an account as well! (special discounts exclusive collars, first peek at some of our new products, etc!)
As always, all of our collar designs are available as standard Martingale Collars, Buckle Martingale Collars, and side release Dog Collars. We offer the cuddle satin lining as a standard option for all of our collars, and as always, we use premium hardware and sew everything on industrial sewing machines.
We have the new Grey Matter Communiques (Notecards) available on the website as well! With 3 designs to choose from, there is a perfect way to express any personality! Send a note to a friend on these gorgeous 4 x 6 notecards with artwork by Xan Blackburn.

And with this new website, of course comes new designs! There are more than 40 new collars listed on our site now, you will have to visit to see them all, but here are a few highlights. :)

So...go take a look at the new site, let me know what you think! And order a collar and some cards while you are there! :)
Enjoy!
